Host facilities are independently operated, and their features vary. Members may contact the organizers before an event to ask about facility accessibility, entrance and parking details, washrooms, seating, and any reasonable accommodation that can be arranged.

Accommodation requests are best made as early as possible so there is time to confirm what the facility can support. If a specific accommodation cannot be arranged, we will tell you rather than let you arrive unaware.

Privacy questions are handled by Seth Anderson, designated administrative contact on behalf of the three co-organizers, at yycbizbasketball@gmail.com.
